Soybean MON 94313 was developed to provide protection against dicamba, glufosinate, 2,4-D and mesotrione-based herbicides. It expresses the dmo, pat, ft_t.1 and tdo genes.

In its opinion, EFSA comes to the conclusion that “MON 94313 is as safe as its conventional counterpart and the tested non-GM soybean varieties with respect to potential effects on human and animal health and the environment”(EFSA, 2026a).
